BRATTLEBORO -- Planning Commission members and residents were given a chance to weigh in on the proposed Southern Loop project Monday night during a meeting with representatives from the project's two sponsors.
In recent weeks, Vermont Electric Power Co. and Central Vermont Public Service Corp. employees have been visiting the 13 Windham and Windsor county towns that would be affected by the proposed electric transmission upgrade.
